Face February
Personal 29-days sculpting challenge for practice. Sculpted a head everyday in 2 hours often with a reference photo, drawing, artwork or sculpt. Started on 30th of January 2020.
After some days (I think around head 15) I stopped using the smooth-brush, also played around with remeshing, dyntopo (constant and relative detail), creating basemeshes and fighting the eye-area. Created 29 heads in really different states. Focused more on the understanding of anatomy, realism and building up the structure and less on creating the most polished results. I didn't edit these heads afterwards, besides putting a unified simple node-based material on them and render them out with a simple light setup.

Reference was a photography of the actor Willem Dafoe.

Had some fun here and realized how limited my imagination is.

Had some reference photographies of native american women for this one. Not an explicit person.
Head 24
Attempt to do an asian childs head with different reference footage. Should portrait a girl, but got really androgyne.
Head 27
For this one I had a photo of the "Aphrodite of Capua" as reference.
